Privacy policy

This policy explains how We Buy Any Cars Vans ("we") uses the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, postcode, vehicle registration, mileage, details about the vehicle, any photos you upload and how you'd like us to contact you.

Why we use it

We use your details only to value your vehicle, contact you about your enquiry and, if you go ahead, arrange the purchase and collection. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. Your form is processed by our website host, Netlify, which stores submissions securely. We may share details with a finance company only if you ask us to settle outstanding finance.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, or longer if we buy your vehicle and need records for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing webuyanycars2@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
